  • Rapid Response Housing Solutions (RRHS), a volunteer-led nonprofit in Carlsbad, announces that it will close as a registered nonprofit and transfer assets to Operation HOPE - North County (OHNC) to start the RRHS Legacy Fund @OHNC.
