Spirit strollers will be able to sip a dozen holiday themed cocktail tastes and six sweet treats from 18 independently owned retail shops along Adams Avenue, from University Heights through Normal Heights and into Kensington. This festive small business celebration is limited to adults 21 & up (ID required). Retail participants include: Artistic Florals, Back from Tomboctou Gallery & Imports, BENCH Home, Blackmarket Bakery, Divine Bubble, Earthwell Refill, Eclipse Naturals, Heights Optometry, Incredible Cheesecake Company, Kiko and Sven, Liquid Eden Holistic Center, Maya Moon, MRH Interiors, Paleo Treats, Rose Reggae, Uptown Bicycles, Wild Island Collective, and Zac’s Attic. Cocktail tastes will be created and served by Adams Avenue’s top mixologists representing the area’s leading bars and restaurants. This year’s spirit participants will represent; AC Lounge, Cantina Mayahuel, El Zarape Restaurant, Et Voila! French Bistro, Kensington Club, the Ould Sod, Ponce’s Mexican Restaurant, the Rabbit Hole, SKA Bar, Sycamore Den, and Wormwood. In addition, there will be a complimentary trolley carrying attendees up and down the avenue during the event.
