Participants can take part in a mindfulness and stretch break led by Scripps fitness instructor Amy Callahan, followed by a discussion on nutrition and fitness for wellness, with Scripps registered dietician Alison Meagher and Shiley Fitness Center supervisor Teresa Hodge.
