A brush fire near Rainbow was holding at 54 acres and was 75% contained Tuesday morning, Cal Fire reported.

Monday's numbers, with data through Sunday, increased the county's cumulative totals to 340,222 cases, with the death toll increasing to 3,922 since the pandemic began.
