Pati meets Dona Evelia, who put Motul back on the map with her world-famous recipe. She also experiences the legacy of henequen at Hacienda Tamchen and encounters another egg dish in the kitchen, where chef Julio Dominguez makes Abuela's Buttoned Eggs.
