Carlsbad looking to add solar farm on reservoir at city's eastern edge

Carlsbad wants to add a solar farm on city-owned land at its reservoir. KPBS North County reporter Alexander Nguyen says the project is in the beginning stages but could bring new revenue for the city’s water district.
