Join us as we celebrate Black History Month by putting our wellness first. The black community often lacks access, resources, and education when it comes to mental and physical health.
Let's begin to change that together! This workshop will guide you through an all levels yoga class to stretch and energize your body. You will learn the benefits of each movement and how they can help heal your body. You will learn the benefits of breathing exercises and meditation for mental clarity and decreasing stress.
