Join us for an author talk and Shabbat dinner with Leah Koenig, author of Portico: Cooking and Feasting in Rome’s Jewish Kitchen which features over 100 flavorful recipes of Rome’s Jewish community. The evening will include a Shabbat Dinner featuring Koenig’s recipes that showcase the cuisine’s elegantly understated vegetables, braised stews, rustic pastas, olive oil–fried foods, and never-too-sweet desserts.
