Celebrate spring and lean into the power of flowers with a brand new workshop! Join us for a collaborative class including time spent learning about and playing with flowers, and breathwork led by Izzy Atkinson. Izzy will guide the group using her signature grounding methods through a session inspired by the spring equinox, new beginnings, and seeds that were planted and starting to bloom!
