Costumes are encouraged for this afternoon of fall-themed fun, perfect for kids of all ages. From 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., enjoy trick-or-treat stations packed with candy, meet-and-greets with beloved characters, balloon twisters, festive kids crafts, and a live DJ spinning Halloween tunes to keep the vibes lively.
