REINS Therapeutic Horsemanship Program will host its inaugural "Rock N Trot Walk-A-Thon" on June 28, bringing the community together for a morning of live music, fundraising and family-friendly fun on the property. The peer-to-peer fundraising event encourages participants to raise funds leading up to the walk, with prizes awarded based on fundraising milestones.
Participants will walk a mile-long trail while helping keep equine-assisted services accessible for children, veterans and individuals facing disabilities, trauma and mental health challenges. The event will feature a live DJ, three live bands, food, refreshments and activities throughout the morning.
