The Taste of Encinitas is happening Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in downtown Encinitas along S Coast Hwy 101. Tickets are $60 and provide access to food and drink samples from over 35 local restaurants and 35+ Sip Stops, plus live music throughout the district!
