What: Creative prompt inspired by “System Rules” by L.E. Modesitt Jr., from Now Write! Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror
Explore the elements that make an otherworldly character real as you create your own monster (or alien, ghost, or witch – wherever your imagination takes you.) If you prefer, you can approach the exercise with art/illustration instead of writing.
Who: Adults, age 18 and up. Beginners welcome: no writing or drawing experience necessary.
When: Tuesday, October 6, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Supplies: Please bring your own notebook and whatever writing or drawing supplies you would like to use.
