Boo! At the Zoo

As daylight fades and the wild comes alive, Wild Wonders transforms into a realm of twilight mystery and nocturnal excitement. Join us for the final three weekends of October as costumes, flashlights, and Halloween thrills take center stage in an unforgettable after dark adventure featuring the nocturnal exotic animals on our 5-acre wildlife refuge.

Venture into the night and ask yourself: which pair of glowing eyes is watching from the shadows? What mysterious call echoes through the canopy? Perhaps it’s the legendary Banshee of Borneo… or just an owl announcing its presence. Maybe those soft rustles belong to the Ghosts of the Amazon. This is no ordinary haunted attraction — it’s an immersive, after dark wildlife experience. Our annual Halloween tours offer a “treat” for guests of all ages, including:

• Candy stations with individually wrapped goodies

• Warm apple cider to sip under the stars

• Flashlights to guide your way through the unknown

• Fun photo ops with an animal in this year's NEW "Bone Throne"

Each tour is limited to just 20 brave souls, so secure your spot before they vanish into the night. Costumes encouraged, curiosity required.

Boo! Is offered at 6:00 on October 17, 24, 25, and 30. Prices for this one-hour, after dark event are $45 for adults (12+) and $25 for children under 12.
