The rooftop destination will serve banana ball ceviche, a bright and flavorful dish featuring fresh seabass, aji amarillo, red onion, cilantro, serrano peppers, and olive oil priced at $18.
Shake up the Southern Swing, a spirited spin on a daiquiri crafted with plantation dark rum, vanilla liqueur, lime juice, banana liqueur, and simple syrup priced at $16.
