Schwarzenegger and Tony Blair team up against global warming
Governor Schwarzenegger and British Prime Minister Tony Blair have agreed to collaborate to explore ways of reducing greenhouse emissions. The move is seen as a snub to President Bush, who has refused to make global warming a priority. It also raises the question of tangible steps California can take to prevent global warming. Host Tom Fudge speaks with the Director of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography about global warming and what the governor and California can do to make a difference.
