"Crossing South To The Baja Oceans" - Jorge goes further down Baja in this ocean-themed special. First we go to the "Natural Sea-World" at Bahia de Los Angeles, where we go fishing, snorkeling, and searching for the famed whale shark. Among colorful fish and playful sea lions, swimming with the whale shark is an unforgettable experience.
Then we taste scallops, lobster, clams and other things the ocean offers with Lucy, a long-time resident and local artist.
Then we head to San Quintin where we explore the fascinating world of seafood farming. Learn about the new oyster farming processes being used, and observe a hesitant Jorge slurp one down with salsa and lime.
The Abalone Project is also an intriguing venture as we see the tiny month old babies, all the way to five-year-old adults. Our last adventure takes us to Ensenada where we watch the ocean water fly into the air at the largest ocean-geyser in North America, La Bufadora.
