The Santiago fire in Orange County is still not contained and fire officials say it was intentionally set.
The Santiago fire was started in two locations — a sure sign of arson. Investigators with the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms have joined Orange County officials to assist with the investigation.
In the meantime, some evacuated residents got a chance to return home to collect a few more of their belongings. Firefighters, who are still battling the wildfire on nearby ridges, gave residents 30 minutes to go through their homes.
Some residents, though, never bothered to leave and will continue to wait out the wildfire.
