Behind the Catch: A Yellowtail Experience, returns to Vistal for an engaging, interactive four-course dinner on Friday, August 15 at 6:15p.m.! This special edition of Vistal’s quarterly dinner series dives deep into the seafood industry, highlighting the Yellowtail during its peak season in San Diego (June-October).
