The Leucadia 101 Farmers Market is open every Sunday 10 a.m.-2 p.m., except Easter Sunday. Our team has undergone a staffing change and we are in search of a new market manager. On April 25th, Naturally San Diego’s five emerging brand finalists will compete head-to-head in front of a panel of industry-expert judges and local audience members, with entrepreneurs from each company taking the stage. One brand will come out on top as voted on by the panel, winning a suite of prizes from the local San Diego community to help propel their company’s growth. With more than $150k worth of prizes awarded to date, these San Diego brands are being set up for success by Pitch Slam and Naturally San Diego to take their companies to the next level. Spreckels Organ Society, a non-profit organization curating concerts and performances in the heart of Balboa Park, kicks off the spring with a special concert for Bach’s Birthday on Sunday, Mar. 31. This concert will be an All-Bach Music Concert to celebrate the famous composer credited as the “greatest among the great.” Performed by San Diego Civic Organist Raúl Prieto Ramírez, Bach’s Birthday Celebration will be an opportunity to enjoy and discover his best work.
