This summer, Encinitas Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts brings more fun to our beach concert experience. Summer Concerts are held right on the sand at beautiful Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. Join us on Sunday, August 7 for Joker's Hand in concert. Their music weaves multiple genres of music like pop, punk and hip-hop into their rock rooted sound. The band’s explosive live shows coupled with their ear catching vocals and musicianship has catapulted them above the noise floor of the Los Angeles rock music scene. Attendees are invited to stroll behind the garden gates of some of La Jolla’s loveliest secluded gardens during this fundraiser that supports the La Jolla Historical Society’s education and public programs. Also returning this year is the Friday night Secret Garden Party, taking place May 19, 2023 which provides guests an opportunity to mix and mingle with other garden enthusiasts while enjoying hors d'oeuvres, wine and live music from the Gand Band! The ever-popular Secret Garden Boutique at Wisteria Cottage will be open and free to the public throughout the day on Saturday, May 20. The boutique features vendors known for their artistic style and craftsmanship as well as a silent auction with one-of-a-kind items. Delicious, eats will be available from food trucks.
