  • There’s a change in the wind. Classical ballet is being modified and updated for presentation. Across the dance world, traditional ballets are being re-imagined and revived with new choreography. New imagery. New energy. Purpose to fit in a modern world. This summer, City Ballet dancers will bring to the stage a powerful selection of new versions of some of ballets most iconic presentations such as "Grand Pas Classique", "Spartacus", "Golden Idol" from "La Bayadere", and "The Dying Swan". The program also includes a new world premiere featuring the company dancers, choreographed by resident choreographer Geoffrey Gonzalez, and featuring music from Mozart and more! This performance ignites the start of City Ballet’s 30th season and is not one to miss.
