The sushi program introduces two new specialty rolls: the Hannya, made with spicy tuna, cucumber, yamagobo, kampachi, big eye tuna, avocado, bubu arare and nikiri, priced at $26; and The Lunatic, featuring soft shell crab, blue crab mix, yamagobo, seared albacore, avocado, ikura and matcha ponzu, priced at $32. Additional menu additions include king trumpet mushrooms served with gochujang barbecue sauce, a poached egg and chives, priced at $17. Lionfish has also expanded its weekday happy hour menu, available from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with the addition of hand rolls, priced at $9 each. Wrapped in soy paper, options include baked crab with crispy onions and spicy aioli; Bang Bang Shrimp with scallions and spicy aioli; spicy tuna with cucumber, sprouts and spicy aioli; and veggie with avocado, cucumber and sprouts. The happy hour menu also features favorites like Peking duck bao buns, priced at $11; Korean-style chicken wings, priced at $11; and Kumiai Baja oysters, priced at $1.50 each.
