Rachael will be in conversation with Vicky Iglikowski-Broad, Principal Records Specialist in diverse histories, and will be interweaving her own personal experiences with stories and anecdotes from throughout history to explore how marriage has transformed over the years.

Feeding San Diego's next Pairings with a Purpose Dinner Party fundraiser will be held this fall and will be helmed by acclaimed Chef Brad Wise, chef, and owner of TRUST Restaurant Group. Together with Chef Wise, the non-profit will create a culinary experience with a purpose for supporters who want to help raise funds for the expansion of Feeding San Diego's School Pantry program, which operates at Title 1 schools in San Diego County. Feeding San Diego currently operates 47 school pantries that serve over 9,000 households per month and has ten schools on a waiting list to join the program. This community-centric dinner party will feature a multi-course menu, auctions, and live entertainment for an intimate group of 120 Feeding San Diego supporters. Watch parties are being hosted for all three of the United States’ group stage matches: USA vs. Vietnam (Friday, July 21 – 6 p.m. PT), USA vs. Netherlands (Wednesday, July 26 – 6 p.m. PT) and USA vs. Portugal (Tuesday, Aug. 1. – 12:00 a.m. PT). The opening group stage match on July 21 will take place at Novo Brazil Brewing in Otay Ranch. Following the USWNT match, San Diego Wave takes on the Portland Thorns at 7:30 p.m. PT in the team’s final stretch of UKG Challenge Cup group stage matches. The Wave’s signature “La Ola” will be available for a special price of $5. On July 26, the Wave will host a watch party at Guava Beach Bar & Grill in Mission Beach as the USWNT takes on the Netherlands. In the final group match for the USWNT on Aug. 1, the Wave and American Outlaws San Diego will be co-hosting a watch party at O’Brien’s Pub in Convoy.
