Participate in maskmaking with San Diego Guild of Puppetry, and artmaking with the City Heights Library and book giveaway. A Fun Zone for kids will delight. Customized lowriders are on display on the street just in front. Expect the aromas and multiethnic foods of City Heights for sale by food vendors. Empowerment and service organizations will have booths, and will be represented in person, connecting folks to resources.
