The San Diego County Board of Supervisors Tuesday voted unanimously for a proposal intended to increase the number of child care providers in the county and enhance the capabilities of existing providers.

Mid- and high-level moisture and clouds were expected to move east across San Diego County early Tuesday as drier westerly flow develops, the National Weather Service said.
