The Fleet Science Center with a combined effort from local technology companies have formed a career panel celebrating women in STEM in honor of Ada Lovelace.

The event will highlight the achievements modern women in science have accomplished and how that has transpired since Ada’s work in the 1800’s. This evening’s focus will be on Cyber Security, and how women are working in a STEM related profession.

Known as the "Enchantress of Numbers," Ada Lovelace was an English mathematician, writer and is often regarded as the first computer programmer. Join us for a virtual discussion around cyber security featuring a panel of four extraordinary women in STEM in honor of Ada Lovelace's achievements and contributions to her field.
