Learn How to Style A Picture Perfect Charcuterie Board with Gelson's Virtual Class

Ready to knock some festive socks off at that upcoming holiday party? A show-stopping, expertly-styled charcuterie board is the key.

Experts from Gelson’s will be hosting a virtual “Build Your Board” class Thursday, Dec. 2, at 6 p.m. who’ll provide insight and instructions on crafting a buzzworthy and Instagram-ready charcuterie board.

The Cheese and Charcuterie Kit is sold for $49.99, serves four people, and comes with a set of cheese knives. The first 150 customers will also receive a FREE wood board, valued at $30. The featured cheeses will be Marieke Gouda with Cranberries, Deer Creek Doe-Cheddar, Hooks 10-year Cheddar, Sartori Parmesan, and Cambozola Triple Cream with Blue.

The meats will include Columbus Italian Salami and Busseto Prosciutto. Accompaniments will include Mini Dalmatia Fig Jam, Yogurt Covered Pretzels, Three Little Pigs Petite Toasts, Fresh Herbs, Dried Apricots Dried Cranberries, Mini Fresh Apples, and Pears.

Guests can RSVP by pre-paying for the Cheese & Charcuterie Kit. Pricing and pick-up for the cheese and charcuterie kit will be available for pick-up on Dec. 1 and 2 at Gelson’s Pacific Beach, Gelson’s Del Mar, and Gelson’s Carlsbad. Final details, including the Zoom link, will be available upon registration.
