The evenings events are as follows:

8 pm to 9 pm
Tray-passed hors d' oeurvres paired with champagne cocktails such as nectar of the gods, poinsettia, citrus splash, and pineapple in paradise.

9 pm to 10:30 pm
Six-course menu featuring Dungeness crab, filet mignon, open-faced lobster and shrimp ravioli with a sweet ending.

10:30 pm to 1 am
