Join us during Black History Month as Dr. Smith speaks with our San Diego community on how we can contribute towards effective change. This free community event is sponsored by the Southwestern Community College District, SWC's Office of Equity and Engagement Professional Development Program, and the NAACP San Diego Education Committee.
