Since 1988, Hannah’s Family Center has helped San Diego families navigate unexpected loss, trauma, and significant adverse changes by offering services that stabilize, educate, and treat at-risk youth and their parents, whether parents live together or separately. The Center’s mission has expanded to reach families earlier, before the bonds of family become too frayed to heal.
