Hybrid Book Talk - Bestselling Mystery Novel Authors Rick Bleiweiss and Rex Pickett

Join this fun and timely Book Talk conversation on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 7-8 p.m. PST, at Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore in San Diego OR online via Crowdcast.

For this special event (both in person and online), bestselling authors Rick Bleiweiss and Rex Pickett will discuss their new mystery novels. Bleiweiss is a Grammy-nominated producer, author and publisher of Pickett’s new book, who will discuss and sign copies of “Pignon Scorbion & the Barbershop Detectives” (Feb 2022). Bleiweiss’ new mystery novel is an Agatha Christie-type book, and has been recognized as a "Top Mystery" pick for both Publisher's Weekly and Amazon Editors.

Pickett (author, “Sideways") is from San Diego, and will discuss and sign copies of his new mystery novel (“The Archivist”), and why the murder in this new fiction book takes place in San Diego. Both Rick and Rex will also talk about overcoming rejection as an author (Rex’s “Sideways” was rejected 250 times and Rick wrote 17 books/short stories before publishing his first novel.)
