About the Instructor - Shirla is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S), Registered Sandplay Practitioner (RSP) & SoulCollage® Facilitator, she has a private practice in downtown La Mesa. Shirla's therapeutic practice focuses on a holistic approach to therapy where she incorporates many different forms of Expressive Arts Therapies.

SoulCollage® is not a therapeutic modality in itself, it's a process that facilitates Self Discovery and Personal Growth and can be utilized in any setting.
