Join us at Covewood for a custom five-course wine and pairing dinner led by Founder of JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Justin Baldwin.

After an extensive land search in 1981, Justin was drawn to a parcel of land high up in the mountains west of Paso Robles mountains. There, he found a combination of ancient calcareous soils, elevation to assist in achieving full ripeness on the vine and a stunning setting to settle his family and pursue his dream.

Since it’s inception, Justin has focused his efforts on producing world class Bordeaux style blends from the estate. He is one of the earliest producers of that style in the New World and his efforts have been rewarded with past and present vintages earning 90+ points by the major wine trade publications.
