Are you curious about how to add more mushrooms into your daily meals? We are excited to host guest Chef Aureny Aranda to teach us All About Mushrooms. Chef Aureny will share with us some scrumptious recipes highlighting our star ingredient: MUSHROOMS! Walk through any local farmer’s market and find wild mushrooms of all different shapes, sizes, colors and textures – learn how to use this versatile ingredient in our monthly cooking class on Saturday, April 16th from 3:30 – 5:30PM.
This will be an in-person cooking class for adults and we’re excited to host you at the gardens! The safety of our staff and participants is our top priority.
