More than 7-million people have participated by running or holding the Peace Torch including Pope Francis, President Nelson Mandela, Queen Elizabeth II, Saint Mother Teresa, Muhammad Ali, state governors, city mayors and celebrities around the world.
The Noble Learning shop and gallery is located in the Normal Heights neighborhood of San Diego. Jyoti-Bihanga Vegetarian Restaurant, a co-sponsor of the event, will provide appetizers.
