Blazing Laptops Fundraiser

It’s that time of year again! FINALLY we will gather, in person, in the beautiful, spacious upstairs section of Lestat’s Hillcrest.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. , you can write your heart out in a community of writers. At ten minutes to each hour, we will have an optional stretch/chat/nosh break. Prompts will be available all day for those who need them, or you may work on your creative project independently.

As always it will be BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop…or notebook!) this year. As no outside food or drink is allowed, we encourage you to order lunch from Lestat’s (check out the menu here)! We will take your order and payment early so as to have lunch ready by noon. We will break 12-12:30 (but, as always, feel free to keep writing).

We will have raffle items, including SDWI memberships, classes, merch, books and more, so bring your $! And if you would like to contribute to the raffle, please let us know.
