Come hear about the state of the restaurant industry in CA and specifically San Diego. San Diego restaurateurs are seeing an influx of guests, confident and excited to return to our dining rooms (and the expanded patios many of us have and hope will never go away!) Staffing in the hospitality sector continues to recover very slowly. Now that masks are off and temporary barriers between tables have been removed, the pandemic is harder to see, but the lingering effect of short staffing continues as demand rises.
