About the instructor: Born and raised in La Jolla, Savanah has been teaching since 2018 and holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She integrates psychological and emotional techniques into her teaching, mindfully connecting one’s mind, body, and soul through a carefully curated dance-like flow.
