We are inviting you to enjoy a beautiful chamber concert featuring Artonic Quartet, a San Diego Symphony members string quartet !
Our program offers one of the most delightful, whimsical, playful, charming quartet by Antonin Dvořák, the American Quartet that was written in Spillville, Iowa! Dvořák, a Cyech composer, loved America and his appreciation and impressions are reflected in this masterpiece!
Next to this composition you will hear a variety of short pieces ranging from Baroque Bach to contemporary John Adams, Caroline Shaw and beyond! The music is complemented by short intriguing, dynamic musical narrations.
