“A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH” (1946. 104 minutes) — Powell and Pressberger traverse time and space in this audacious Technicolor fantasia about the transcendent value of love. A British airman (David Niven) must justify his life before a grandiose celestial court when he survives a near death experience. FILM FORUM CORONADO is held in the Winn Room at Coronado Public Library, on the first and third Wednesdays, with a brief introduction before the film and a discussion afterward, led by Ralph DeLauro.
FILM FORUM CORONADO is presented by the Coronado Public Library, the Friends of Coronado Library, and the Coronado Island Film Festival.
