'Recordially Yours,' Lou Curtiss, a documentary film by Yale Strom

Friday, September 8, 2023 at 7 PM
Encinitas Library
All Ages
$12-$15
General Admission $15, Current SDFH Members $12

This hour-long love letter to the San Diego music community sold out its downtown opening in June. This is a special reprise screening for North County residents, and anyone else who missed that (or wants to see it again!). You may know Lou Curtiss from his long running radio show, or his column in the San Diego Troubadour magazine, or his numerous folk festivals, or his legendary record store. Whatever you know about Lou, you will learn more, as one after another of his musical friends pays tribute in this documentary film. There will be Q&A following with director Yale Strom. Presented by San Diego Folk Heritage.
