The Mental Bar is celebrating its first-anniversary with a community gathering on September 24, 2023 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Renowned as a third space for locals to spend time in between work and home where they enjoy quality food and beverages and experiences that get them out of their head and fuel their soul, The Mental Bar has evolved into a cherished destination in the heart of the Black Arts & Culture District of San Diego, where outlets for exercise, exchange, and healthy food and drink are scarce. Guests are invited to visit and take part in an unforgettable anniversary celebration where The Mental Bar will go above and beyond to give back and celebrate by showcasing the community that made this first year of business a success.
