It’s the spooky season and the City of San Diego is inviting kids of all ages to enjoy fun, seasonal activities in the spirit of Halloween. Fall Festival events are planned at multiple recreation centers and parks throughout the city and promise a spooktacular time.
Activities include costume contests, outdoor movies, carnivals and lots of candy. Events are free to attend and scheduled nearly every day leading up to Oct. 31.
