Immerse yourself in the enchanting melodies of Music Beneath the Trees, a captivating concert that promises a harmonious blend of nature and artistry. Held in beautiful Balboa Park, this unique event features a new commission by Andres Martin: Thelma & Dolores, a rhapsodic tribute to maternal love. Other highlights include the charismatic Picnic Suite by Claude Bolling, a masterpiece that fuses classical elegance with playful jazz elements. Also featured are Claire Vazart’s Berbol Suite, a tribute to Claude Bolling, John Clayton’s Bach to Blues for solo bass, and Mountain Songs by Robert Beaser for flute and guitar.

Bread & Salt, The Athenaeum, Mujeres Brewery, and CAMARADA unite to present a unique blending of art, chamber music, and community.
