Healthy Soils Program Grant Basics Informational Webinar

The next grant solicitation period for the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s (CDFA) Healthy Soils Program (HSP) opens in January 2024! This grant opportunity provides financial assistance to California farmers, growers, and ranchers for the implementation of one or more HSP-approved agricultural management practices to improve soil health, including compost & mulch application, cover cropping, no-till methods, conservation planting, and more, to sequester carbon and reduce atmospheric greenhouse gases (GHGs). During this 1-hour webinar, Solana Center, a Technical Assistance Provider for the HSP program, will dive into the details of how to apply for this grant.
