As love fills the air this Valentine’s Season, Seabreeze Craft Chocolates is hosting a Valentine’s Day truffle-making workshop on February 10th perfect for a pre-Valentine’s Day date night or Galentine’s gathering. Chocolatier Jim Lantry will share the art of creating chocolate truffles made with consciously sourced cacao that are guaranteed to melt hearts.
In this workshop, you'll channel your artistic side as you paint personalized designs on the truffles, learn the journey from cocoa bean to artisanal bonbons, and conclude the experience by bringing home your beautifully crafted truffles. The cost for this truffle-making class is $75 per person.
