Dinner for Two for $99 Per Person (Pick one each from the following sections):

Appetizer:

- Lobster Bisque: Lobster and Tomato Bisque

- Bruschetta: Crostini, Tomato, Garlic, Romano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salad:

- Caprese: Heirloom Tomato, Buffalo, Mozzarella, Basil, Balsamic Glaze

- Caeser Salad: Baby Romaine, House Caesar Dressing, Shaved Parmigiano

Entrée:

- Surf & Turf: 8oz Filet Mignon, 8oz Garlic Herbed Lobster Tail, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables

- Chilean Seabass: Porcini Crusted Chilean Seabass, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The Vibrant Group is a multi-generational restaurant group is composed of veteran restaurateur Sal Busalacchi, who helped his brother Joe establish his popular Italian eateries in Little Italy and owner of the San Diego Sports Arena’s first pizza place in the late ‘70, serving the then San Diego Clippers; son Pietro Busalacchi, a vibe dining whiz specializing in music, atmosphere and food; and Georgetown Law grad Gustavo Rios, longtime family friend, and successful businessman, attorney, and engineer.
