Talk Topics: the art of lovingkindness and compassion, exploring our inner emotional landscape, responding to life circumstances versus reacting from fear, working with pain

This six-week class will provide an introduction to mindfulness meditation as a practice that offers an opportunity to experience the mind as free from reactivity. Such freedom produces a well balanced mind. The goal of the class is to teach you how to be mindful of the present moment so as to live a full and fulfilling life.

The class is recommended for ages 18 and up.

Everyone is welcome to drop-in on any class during the series.
