Join the San Diego Documenters and inewsource for a panel on March 24 at 3:30 p.m. to discuss the importance of community-powered news. You’ll hear all about the San Diego Documenters' role in achieving that.
inewsource brought the nationally-recognized Documenters program to San Diego in 2023. The Documenters serve as the foundation of inewsource’s new initiative to build community-powered news. The program trains, empowers and pays community members to attend and document public meetings and civic events.
inewsource is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit news organization in the San Diego-Imperial Valley region whose sole focus is satisfying a need for investigative, data-based and public interest journalism.
